Dr. Butzer loves all Animals Great and Small

A graduate of Iowa State University, Dr. Butzer has been a veterinarian for 30 years and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Clint Moore Animal Hospital. He is adept in all areas of Veterinary Medicine. His special interest is internal medicine but he also is very experienced in surgery, dermatology, neurology, oncology, opthalmology, dentistry, neonatal, geriatric, and behavioral medicine.

With a long background of experience, Dr Butzer has become the chief of staff here at the Clint Moore Animal Hospital. He is well aware of every case in the hospital and you will find Dr. Butzer at the hospital every day of the year!

Dr. Butzer is well know for his intense love of all animal species and any breed of dog or cat. In fact he was the subject of a presentaion on the Animal Planet Network. Dr. Butzer has appeared on many other short television and radio presentation concerning animals and written articles for veterinary and lay publication. He has also recieved athe Best of Boca award in 2007 & 2008. In addition, Dr. Butzer also helps to oversee and advise the operations of local humane organizations.

Dr. Butzer's outside activities include jogging, biking, hiking, and travel with his wife Leslie and their four children. He enjoys all outdoor activities and is the proud owner of 3 dogs, a Wallabee, and a cat.
